Mitchell Wall has been practicing law at Wall & Wall Attorneys at Law PC since his admission to the Utah State Bar in 2016. He brings extensive experience in domestic litigation, with emphases on divorce, custody and parent-time, child and spousal support issues, domestic violence protective orders, stalking injunctions, adoptions, and non-parent visitation cases.  

He is dedicated to helping Utah families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with clarity and compassion. Mitchell focuses on achieving fair, efficient resolutions through strong communication and practical problem-solving. He believes in minimizing conflict whenever possible but is fully prepared to advocate assertively in court when a reasonable settlement cannot be reached.

In addition to his family law practice, Mitchell has significant appellate experience, having practiced and briefed cases before both the Utah Court of Appeals and the 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

Legal Philosophy

Mitchell’s legal philosophy centers on minimizing unnecessary conflict. He strives to avoid making already difficult family situations more challenging, maintaining an excellent record of settling cases prior to trial. However, he recognizes that not all matters can be resolved outside of court. When a fair settlement cannot be reached, Mitchell is fully prepared to zealously advocate for his clients’ best interests in the courtroom.
